What is AquaGold Fine Touch?

AQUAGOLD uses similar technology to traditional microneedling. This device works by using very fine needles to penetrate the superficial layers of the skin so products (anti-aging, dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers among a few) are delivered in a controlled manner. Gold-plated needles can also reduce side effects such as redness and inflammation following the procedure. 

 

AquaGold has been compared to microneedling, but this technology differs by using an advance microinjection system to deliver results without the discomfort that is associated with microneedling.

What does AquaGold treat?

Tiny quantities of skin-rejuvenating products are delivered under the skin to boost hydration, trigger pore size, smooth and soften visible acne scars or smooth fine lines appearing on the face. The purpose is not to puncture the skin and trigger a healing response (like microneedling) but to create micro channels through which treatment products are delivered directly into the facial skin.

Is there any downtime?

There is no recovery time associated with AquaGold and no aftercare requirements. The tiny needles produce very little redness. You will see results almost appearing instantly or within a few days to a week. Dermal fillers last typically 3-6 months with wrinkle relaxers lasting up to a year.
