Appointment Policy

Scheduling Process:

To secure your appointment with us, a credit card is required at the time of booking on our appointment system.

Late Arrival: 

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full service within the remaining time. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you are considered a no-show or late cancellation, and you will incur a $49 fee.

Cancellation/No-Show/Rescheduling: 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in a charge of $49. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment through our appointment system or 571-969-6958 (phone or text) or email: info@ lasertysons.com.

In the event that a client has paid in full for a service and fails to adhere to our appointment policy, a $49 fee will be charged. This aims to account for the reserved time and resources that could have been allocated to other clients.

Cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be exempt from penalties. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. 

​

After any no-shows or repeated non-adherence to our appointment policy, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to schedule appointments in the future.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these policies to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system. 

​

No Refund Policy: 

Payment is due prior to service. Payment plans are collected during your next consecutive visits. Should you decide to end a treatment plan before you finish the number of treatments outlined, you price will be changed to the per treatment price for the level of package that you have completed. If you have already paid for more than this amount, you will receive store credit for the balance which can be applied towards other services. If the recalculation results in a balance outstanding, you will be billed or your credit card will be charged for this amount.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: 

* change of mind

* dissatisfaction with the product/service

* failure to use the product/service

* cancelled events or appointments

If medical conditions restricts a client's treatment program, their account will be placed on hold until they can continue services. Packages discounted for 1 year are not valid anymore. 

​

Review and Update: 

We reserve the right to review and update this appointment policy periodically.
