Mild to moderate

Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive treatment to rejuvenate the skin. A device with fine needles creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin, which triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in acne scars, pore size, and stretch marks. Studies show skin treated with four (4) microneedling sessions, spaced a month apart, produced up to 400% increase in collagen and elastin six months after completing treatment.

Is there any downtime?

Most people require very little downtime, if any, at all. You may notice skin irrational and redness the first few days following the procedure - this is your body's natural response to any injury. Sunscreen is a MUST as your skin will be very sensitive to the sun.

Do I need to prepare?

You will be asked to discontinue the use of Retin-A, Vitamin A creams and other topical medications for 3-5 days prior to your appointment. Topical anesthesia will be provided before the procedure for comfort.
